The apartment
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony that looks out over the coast. Sleeps four.
Living area
A spacious open plan living area with a comfortable corner sofa, two electric recliner chairs either side, and two more recliners with footstools that look out to the balcony. There is a large TV and DVD player, a wide selection of DVDs for rainy days and a stack of board games, including Cornwall Monopoly.
A dining table with four chairs sits beside the kitchen, which has everything for a self catering stay.
Kitchen
A well equipped kitchen with a cooker, washing machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, toaster and utensils. An iron, ironing board, laundry basket and heated clothes dryer are included, and there is a child's high chair.

Two twin beds with zip and link mattresses. On request they can be made up as a king size bed.

Good to know
- Self check-in with a keypad.
- Check-in is from 4pm and departure is before 10am.
- Underground allocated parking, with a lift or stairs to the apartment, so it is pushchair friendly.
- There is a short steep hill from Porth Beach up to the apartment block.
